Maritzburg College withstood a stern examination from King Edward VII on Goldstones on Saturday afternoon to finish the 2023 season with an unbeaten record on their home turf.
With only 10 minutes to play, College led KES by just two points – 19-17 – but two converted tries to one in the remaining time saw Sasha Kadira and his team to a hard-fought 33-24 victory.
