Maritzburg College enjoyed a very good day against Pretoria Boys’ High, winning 22 out of the 25 rugby matches played. They were, however, made to work very hard for many of those wins, and PBHS were especially excited by a victory in the clash of the 2nd XVs, which was a fantastic back-and-forth battle.

HOCKEY

While the Maritzburg College and Pretoria Boys’ High 1st teams drew 1-1 for a second time this season, College’s u14A and u16A teams recorded good wins, while the u14B side impressed in a 4-1 victory over their PBHS counterparts.

Overall, competition was close, with College winning six matches, Boys’ High four, and five ending in draws.
