After a season for the ages in 2022, which included a clean record against KZN opposition, and only one loss, Hilton College entered the 2023 season with many questions surrounding their 1st XV. One frequently pondered was whether or not the 2023 side would provide a strong follow-up to their predecessors’ season, or would they suffer a severe reversal of fortunes? The answer was emphatically the former.
Well led by flyhalf Chris Horak, Hilton was not only one of the best teams in KZN, they, also, remained among South Africa’s best 1st XVs.
